About me
Yoga has been a part of my life for nearly 15 years.
I’ve lived in many places, near and far, and moving from one location to another often makes me feel like a true nomad. But the moment I roll out my mat, I feel at home—anywhere.
Through my practice, I’ve become stronger, more flexible, and braver, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment with awareness.
In 2019, I completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Union Yoga & Ayurveda Singapore, initially with the simple intention of deepening my own practice. Of course, the training also included teaching practice, though I never imagined myself as a teacher. As an introvert, standing in front of people and speaking in English was terrifying—but also the most powerful adventure.
Over time, as I gained experience, I felt the desire to share what little I had learned with anyone interested. Since then, I have been teaching and expanding my knowledge through various workshops and courses. Learning never stops. I am grateful for the wisdom my teachers have shared with me and for my students—because I believe that when one teaches, both can learn and grow.
Sharing what I have discovered on my yoga journey brings me pure joy.
My Mission
My goal is to motivate people to move, inspire them to take time for themselves, and help them explore their potential. I love that Yoga Nomad is a space where people from different backgrounds come together to share stories, culture, food, ideas, and emotions—creating a supportive community.
In my classes, I combine creative sequences, playfulness, and inspiration, so that students leave feeling physically and mentally uplifted. I strive to help others thrive by showing them how to care for their body, mind, and soul through yoga and Ayurveda. My hope is that everyone steps off the mat feeling refreshed and balanced.
Beyond Yoga
Outside of yoga, I love spending time in nature, traveling, reading, and enjoying coffee.
The journey of yoga is endless—it starts with a pose, a breath, a thought, and expands into a lifelong path of self-discovery and growth.
Yoga isn’t about how you look in a pose, but how you feel in it. It’s about finding balance, relaxation, joy in the present moment, and so much more. Everyone experiences yoga in their own unique way, and that perspective is always evolving.
